Settings & Administration

User settings

Access your settings by clicking your name at the bottom of the sidebar and selecting Settings. The settings page has three sections:

Profile

Update your personal information:

  • Name — your display name shown on your profile and documents
  • Username — your unique identifier used in public URLs
  • Email — your account email address

Security

Manage your account security (not available for social login accounts):

  • Change password — update your account password
  • Two-factor authentication — enable or disable 2FA for added security. When enabled, you'll also receive recovery codes.

Appearance

Customise the look of your public profile:

  • Custom CSS — write CSS that applies to your public profile pages, allowing you to personalise colours, fonts, spacing, and more

Delete account

At the bottom of the settings you'll find the option to delete your account. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Trash

The Trash page (accessible from the sidebar) shows all documents you've deleted. From here you can:

  • Restore individual documents — returns them to their original location
  • Delete permanently — removes a document forever (asks for confirmation)
  • Restore all — restores all trashed documents at once
  • Empty trash — permanently deletes all trashed documents (asks for confirmation)

Each trashed document shows its title, document type, folder (if any), and when it was deleted.
